Represented millwork subcontractor in three related cases in state court. Filed liens and bond claims to protect my client’s interests. Obtained and collected $1.2 million dollar settlement through mediation to fully and finally resolve matter.
Represented community development organization in breach of contract dispute related to a real estate transaction. Negotiated a favorable settlement involving both cash and land.
Represented municipality in a contract dispute regarding the payment of rent at the world’s busiest airport in federal court in Georgia. Defeated opposing party’s Motion for Summary Judgment and obtained a full dismissal of claims.
