• Negotiated and drafted software licensing agreements, professional services and consulting agreements for large telecommunications company and international pharmaceutical company.
  
  
• Represents international chemical company with respect to construction, demolition and supply agreements.
  
  
• Represents landlords, tenants, and developers in drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
  
  
• Represents clients in negotiating and preparing purchase and sale agreements, deeds, easements and land use covenants and restrictions.
  
  
• Represents financial institutions and private companies in handling due diligence review, drafting closing documentation and recording documents as part of the closings for the purchase and sale of real property.
