  • Represented employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including race, gender, national origin, age and disability discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, common law tort claims and class actions before various state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

  • Successfully represented clients against discrimination complaints filed with the EEOC and state administrative agencies.

  • Advised employers on preventive management including development of effective personnel policies and practices in areas such as harassment, performance management, hiring and termination.
