• Defended numerous clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state fair employment practice agencies against charges of discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, and the FLSA (wage and hour)
  
  
• Represented national bank chains in disputes regarding alleged federal RICO violations, foreclosure sale disputes, breach of contract, and fraud claims.
  
  
• Represented a major pharmaceutical company in alleged violations of the Lanham Act, state unfair competition laws, state consumer protection and unfair trade practices laws, and tortious interference with business relations claims.
  
  
• Represented a partner in a general partnership dissolution involving alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contractual relations, libel, slander, and fraudulent inducement claims.
  
  
• Represented major insurance and telecommunications companies in obtaining relief from default judgments in various garnishment actions.
  
  
• Defended a national hotel chain in superior court benefits appeals.
