- Represented clients, including financial institutions, in both defense and prosecution of copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, Lanham Act and state trademark claims in state and federal courts.
- Served as counsel for national and regional brokerage firms, as well as individual registered representatives, in actions brought by consumers for alleged improper handling of investment accounts.
- Successfully defended municipal bond and investment banking firm in federal court action involving development of website by which bond transactions could be managed and completed on-line.
