• Represented structured settlement company in litigation in which favorable judgments were obtained in four separate actions approving transfer of payment rights despite anti-assignment language in structured settlement agreements.
  
  
• Represented City of Columbus, Ohio, in defense of equal business opportunity legislation.
  
  
• Represented property co-owner in equitable partition of valuable commercial real estate.
  
  
• Represented settlement companies in fraud action and successfully recovered payments made on fraudulent claims through prejudgment garnishment proceedings.
  
  
• Represented international food conglomerate in computer software licensing and fraud dispute pending in federal court in Wisconsin.
  
  
• Represented major German automobile distributor in trademark enforcement program and lemon law defense.
